Branko Skerlev has been practising as a lawyer since 2003 and has substantial experience in the areas of banking, finance, capital markets and corporate law. He represents a respective number of clients involving financing, M&A, general corporate matters and debt restructuring. He also provides services to private equity and venture capital funds on a regular basis. His expertise involves listed securities and bond documentation as well as restructuring and insolvency issues. Branko is a founder of Skerlev Law Office and a contractual partner at Bradvica, Marić, Wahl & Cesarec Law Firm. Previously, he gained experience both in private and public sector as an in-house in a Croatian leading alternative asset manager and working for Croatian Deposit Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation Agency.
