Esperanza Ferrando Nicolau

Esperanza is the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Business and Political Sciences at University CEU-Cardenal Herrera (Valencia-Spain) and a Professor of Civil Law. She has participated in public-funded Research Projects and developed research stages at German universities as a fellow of both the Generalitat Valenciana and the Deutsches Akademisches Austausch Dienst. Until now her publications in scientific journals and collective works are mainly focused on the field of Property Rights and Law of the Property Registration. Esperanza always combines teaching and research, with different management positions in the Faculty. Currently, she is working to introduce Legal Tech and Legal Design in Law studies at the Faculty of Law. Ms Nicolau is a member of WomenCEO and Women in the Legal World.
