In the morning, Maurizio Bortolotto, founding partner of Studio Legale Gebbia Bortolotto - Penalisti Associati, will provide a regulatory framework on the crime of corruption. Together with him, Francesca Covone, General Counsel at ENAV, and Silvia Rocca, Head of Legal Affairs at ENAV, will challenge our participants to draft a practical guide for preventing corruption in companies.

In the afternoon, the participants will meet Gianpaolo Alessandro, former Group General Counsel at UniCredit, Shannon Lazzarini, former Head of Group Legal Advice & Litigation, and Manlio Stefano Nuzzo, former Head of Group Corporate Affairs Department at UniCredit. They will present a real case of information leakage, where sensitive information for financial markets has been disclosed.
