Identity of the group
We are just a few steps away from the season finale. The day opens with a lesson by Roberta De Matteo, Founder and Vicepresident of MOPI Italia, and Isabella Fusillo, Advisory for tax and law firm Gruppo Stratego. The lesson will be about brand, communication and identity of a professional firm, and the test will deal with social networks and promoting your business.
During the afternoon test, the finalists will meet a key Italian company: Poste Italiane, represented by Domenica Lista, Corporate Law Manager. She will present a case where an Italian listed company has to acquire two IT services companies. Is it necessary to obtain a specific authorization to close the deal? In other words, does the transaction require a notification according to the golden power rule? The finalists will answer the question in a short memorandum.
