Business partners
The Academy has reached its peak: the five young talents have already faced several challenges, testing both their hard and soft skills. Today, they will have to tackle a very demanding and complex day. The morning lesson is led by Lawyer Luca Arnaboldi, Managing Partner of Italy's oldest law firm, Carnelutti Law Firm, focusing specifically on business sales and negotiation. Divided into two teams – one representing the buyer and the other the seller – only one will win the head-to-head, gaining an advantage for the afternoon challenge.
In the presence of Emanuela Spizzo, Head Of Legal Affairs & Chief People Officer of Michelin Italiana, and Andrea Cignola, Finance Manager of CIM4.0, the keyword for winning the afternoon challenge is: innovation. The test focuses on the shareholders' agreements signed by the founders of CIM4.0 (Competence Industry Manufacturing 4.0), including Michelin. This is a particularly complex challenge: the finalists must identify the clauses that were deliberately omitted by the instructors. To win, they will need to think beyond technical skills and consider a business perspective. The judges' panel includes Alessandro Renna, Founder and CEO of 4cLegal, Mario Alberto Catarozzo, Business coach and trainer, and a special judge, Nicoletta Marini, Partner at Forum Ambrosetti.
