Fifth edition at the halfway mark: how much have the finalists learned so far? The race for the title of Legal Talent of the Year 2024 continues fiercely, and there's no time for hesitation. This time, the challenges will follow a single thread, previously addressed in other episodes: sustainability. With Smartpeg, a company specializing in innovative solutions for human resource management, the focus will be on the "Social" aspect of sustainability, i.e., the enhancement of people. Gianni Cicogna, President of the company and author of "Talenti," and Bruno Fenaroli, Psychologist & HR Consultant, will ask the participants to engage in a role matching challenge: who will form the most harmonious team? The rules will be dictated by soft skills...
With the corporate challenge in the afternoon, the perspective will broaden to encompass all three aspects of the ESG acronym. The hosts will present the test with Alessandro Renna, Founder and CEO of 4cLegal. The special judge will be a manager who has specialized in sustainability: Sabrina Cirillo, ESG Director at FSI SGR Spa.
